UAV event in Ukraine on Wed 6th December 2023

A rare tank battle between Russian and Ukraine was caught on camera. A Ukrainian T-64 fought a Russian T-72B3 in Stepove, near Avdiivka. Drone video shows the Ukrainian tank, taking cover in what is left of a tree-line, firing shells at the Russian, which is hiding in a ruined building. The Russian tank takes a hit from a Ukrainian shell and deploys smoke but then also takes a hit from an FPV drone, disabling its turret. The damage forces the crew to retreat from the battlefield. Russia is pouring men and tanks into an effort to seize Avdiivka but has so far failed to sever Ukrainian routes supplying the town.
