Reported on 14 August 2019 as happening the other day, a roadside mine exploded on a civilian vehicle in Jaghatoo district, Wardak, along the Kabul-Kandahar highway. The car carried a Kandahar University professor and his family. 5 civilians were killed and 3 were injured. Officials blamed the Taliban.
