On 18 November 2023, Hezbollah forces fired a number of surface-to-surface missiles from Lebanon toward northern Israel, causing sirens to sound in the area of Margaliyyot (Zefat, HaZafon). No interceptions or direct hits to populated areas were reported, as the missiles likely fell in open areas. Some of the missiles targeted IDF posts in the area.
