On 19 November 2023, near Monywa town (Monywa township, Monywa district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the Special Forces 11 - PDF, Monywa Dynamite - Special Task Force, Myaung Revolutionary Army and Monywa Special Deik Deik Kye PDF attacked the Myanmar military and Pyu Saw Htee who were defusing mines on the Monywa-Chaung-U road with four cluster mines around 2:22 pm. After being attacked, the military and Pyu Saw Htee returned fired with small and heavy weapons. A leader of Pyu Saw Htee was killed and a member of Pyu Saw Htee was injured.
