On October 31, a Head Constable of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) Police identified as Ghulam Mohammad Dar, succumbed to his injuries after he was shot at by the militants outside his house in the Kralpora tehsil (revenue unit) in the Pattan area of Baramulla District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), reports Daily Excelsior. This marks the second attack on Security Forces (SF), after Police personnel identified as Inspector Masoor Ahmad Wani, was shot at and critically wounded by militants on October 29, was reported by SATP.
