On 4 November 2023, in Mindat township (Mindat district, Chin state), the Myanmar military launched airstrikes twice and dropped six bombs on the road between 16 Maing and Pan Sa Khan at around 10:30 am without an armed clash occurring. Three houses near Pan Sa Khan were damaged by airstrikes. During the airstrike, the military IB-274 based in Mindat town also fired heavy weapons five times. Casualties unknown.
