On 7 November 2023, between Min and Ku Kone villages of Natogyi township (Myingyan district, Mandalay region), joint forces of the Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT) and the People's Defense Force - Mandalay District Battalion-3 carried out six cluster mines attack against the Myanmar military troops at around 9:07 am. Two military soldiers died and another one was severely injured.
