On 9 November 2023, in Za Wea village (Tanintharyi township, Myeik district, Tanintharyi region), a combined force of the Dragon Squad, Tanintharyi Guerrilla Force (PaKaPha), Tanintharyi Yoma Force and the Taw Bone Gyi People's Defense Force attacked the military (LIB-556) base with UAV drone bombs at around 11 am. Casualties unknown.
