On 10 November 2023, near Par Hsin Kyaw village (Laukkaing township, Kokang Self-Administered Zone, Shan-North state), the military deliberately conducted an airstrike on hilly regions where over 1,000 IDPs who had fled from Laukkaing town were located, forcing them to flee again. Casualties unknown.
