Volunteers revealed that 12 people, including two women, were killed as a result of shells falling on the neighborhoods of the Karari locality in Omdurman on Sunday.
Volunteers said that the shells that fell on a number of Al-Thawra neighborhoods from the first to 15 in the Karari locality, next to the towers and the Al-Rawda neighborhood, caused the death of 12 civilians, including two sisters, in addition to a large number of wounded who were transferred to Al-Naw Hospital.
The volunteers indicated that five shells fell in the eighth neighborhood of Al-Thawra, wounding a volunteer at Al-Nour Hospital and another citizen.
On the other hand, the violent bombardment continued from the Karari military base, while electrical power returned to the Karari area, the first, second, fourth, and fifth neighborhoods, after a four-day interruption. The Sudani network also returned to Omdurman after an interruption that lasted for a week.
