On Wednesday morning, warplanes launched air strikes targeting targets in the city of Jabal Awlia, and the violent battles continued for the fourth day.
Activists on social media launched the hashtag Jabal Awlia massacre, in which they accused the Rapid Support Forces of killing and arresting a large number of citizens.
The Jabal Awlia Emergency Room announced that the Rapid Support Forces released 12 of their detainees, while more than 10 people are still missing.
Armed civilians closed the road south of Jabal Awlia in protest against the killing of a number of their tribe members by Rapid Support.
Citizens of the various neighborhoods of Jabal Awliyaa continued to migrate to White Nile State and other neighboring neighborhoods. While the Army and Rapid Support continue to publish video clips on their media platforms confirming their control over Al-Nujoumi base. Meanwhile, sources confirmed that the Rapid Support Forces are still partially in control of the Al-Nujoumi base, but have not been able to control the dam yet. Citizens told Radio Dabanga that the Rapid Support Forces took control of a number of villages, including Sheikh Al-Yaqout and Wad Jar Al-Nabi.
