On 29 October 2023, in Min Ywar village (Gangaw township, Gangaw district, Magway region), a combined force of Southern Gangaw PDF (Dragon Brothers) and the Min Village PDF (PaKaPha) attacked a military base camp with twenty 80 mm artillery rounds between 11 pm until 3 am on 30 October 2023 and some artillery rounds landed within the base camp territory. Casualties unknown.
