On 1 November 2023, in Pang Hseng (Kyu Koke) town (Muse township, Muse district, Shan-North state), the military conducted airstrikes on the town at around 8 am, hitting and injuring five locals in No.4 ward, including three locals in a house, a woman and a man from a game center according to DVB. Another news, Kachin News Group reported a man, two women and a 7-year-old child were injured. Another news, Shwe Phee Myay reported that a 23-year-old man was killed and 9 other locals, including a 4-year-old girl, were injured. Fatalities coded as 1 for the most up-to-date estimates.
