On 3 November 2023, Russian forces launched four drone strikes (Shaheds) at Kharkiv city (Kharkiv region) that hit residential and administrartive buildings as well as several garages, 1 service station, 1 workshop, 1 educational institution and 8 cars were destroyed. Moreover, 8 civilians turned to doctors due to stress disorders following the attack. No casualties.
