Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested the ‘chief of the torture cell’ of the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA), identified as Osman alias Salman Murabbi along with his cohort named Mohammad Yunus from Ukhiya Upazila (Sub-District) in Cox’s Bazar District of Chittagong Division on October 26, reports The Daily Star. RAB Commander, Khandaker Al Moin said that Yunus was captured based on information provided by Salman after his arrest. During the operation, RAB recovered a cache of arms and ammunition, including firearms, nine bullets, several sharp weapons, and torture equipment.
