On October 26, Islamic State-Khorasan Province (IS-KP) claimed responsibility for the attack on a sports club in a Shiite neighbourhood in the Dasht Barchi area of Kabul (Kabul Province), reports The Khaama Press News Agency. IS-KP claimed to have placed a bomb in a location where Shiite were gathering. According to the Taliban, four people were killed and seven others were injured. However, local sources on the day of the attack reported that the casualty count reached six. SATP had earlier reported on October 27 that two civilians were killed and nine others were injured.
