On 27 October 2023, at the exit of Kutkai town (Kutkai township, Muse district, Shan-North state), the Brotherhood Alliance (MNDAA, TNLA and AA), the Bamar People's Liberation Army blew up a transformer at the electrical substation at around 4 am after asking the staff to leave the place. There were no casualties.
