On October 21, Manipur Police arrested a cadre of People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak-Progressive (PREPAK-PRO) identified as Shyam Huidrom Singh alias Johnywhile he was collecting money from businessmen at the Super Market Lamphel, in Imphal West District in Manipur, reports Northeast Now. A 9mm pistol with one magazine, INR 5,000 in cash (extortion money) and some incriminating documentswere recovered from his possession.
