The police averted potential targeted killings of prominent individuals by arresting four operatives of a terror module backed by Pakistan-based terrorist Harwinder Singh alias Rinda and run by United States -based gangster Harpreet Singh alias Happy in Sahibzada Ajit Singh (SAS) Nagar in Punjab reports The Tribune on October 18.
