LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The FBI Little Rock and ATF New Orleans announced on Friday they need the publics help in locating Neil Ravi Mehta.
FBI Little Rock said Mehta will be arrested for unlawful possession of an unregistered destructive device.
On Jan. 31 agents with the FBI and ATF completed a federal search warrant at Mehta's residence in Fort Smith Arkansas and during the operation there were multiple explosive devices found inside the residence.
The explosives were rendered safe.
Mehta still remains at large.
Mehta is 31 years-old, described as being five feet 11 inches tall, weighting 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
There are investigators that believe Mehta has ties to eastern Oklahoma, Atlanta Georgia, Albuquerque New Mexico, Dallas Texas, Denver Colorado, Jackson Hole Wyoming, and New York New York.
He also has ties to Pakistan and India.
Mehta is considered armed and dangerous by the FBI and if you see him do not approach but contact your local law enforcement agency or contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
