Rocket event in Donetsk, Torske area, Ukraine on Thu 19th October 2023

During the day, the Russian army shelled 8 settlements. At this time, there was no information about the victims. 

The cities of Avdiivka, Ukrainian, the villages of Kurdyumivka, Nelipivka, the villages of Dovga Balka, Predtechine, Torske, Yuryivka were under the fire of the occupiers. The enemy used aviation, UAVs, Uragan anti-aircraft missiles, artillery.

47 civilian objects were damaged - 33 residential buildings, a food warehouse, a preschool, a music school, an enterprise, farm buildings, a transformer, vehicles, power lines.

Russian troops covered Ukraine with "Hurricanes" and artillery. At least 19 private and 8 multi-apartment buildings, social infrastructure facilities, an enterprise, utility buildings, and a transformer substation were damaged.

Avdiivka was attacked by Russia from aviation and artillery. 5 private houses were destroyed.

The occupiers fired artillery at Nelipivka, shells hit a private house.

The police and the SBU opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

With the help of the police, 71 more people were evacuated, since the beginning of mandatory evacuation - 92,429 people, among them 11,840 - children, 4,247 - people with disabilities.
