On 17 October 2023, between Nyaung Zauk and Me Kone villages (coded as Nyaung Zauk) (Yesagyo township, Pakokku district, Magway region), a combined force of the Yesagyo PDF (PaKaPha) and the Spring Warrior Yae Lel Kyun Column carried out mine attacks against seven Myanmar military soldiers as they were transporting items they had looted from villagers using an ox cart at around 3:30 pm. Five military troops were injured, and two others managed to escape.
