On 17 October 2023, in Myo Thar village (Ngazun township, Myingyan district, Mandalay region), a combined force of the Sintkaing Revolution Force, the Special Task Force (Ngazun), the Justice Ranger Force, the Naung Yoe Special Guerrilla Force, the Kyaukse District Defense Force (battalion 2), the Na Bet Area People's Defense Force, and the Sintgaing PDF (PaKaPha) attacked a police station with two 40-mm bombs at around 7 am. Four police including an officer were killed.
