On 30 August, a Popular Resistance-planted IED reportedly detonated near the Arab Bank, next to Al Qahira roundabout in Al Mansurah district of Aden, hitting a pro-STC armored vehicle carrying the commander of the Security Belt Forces in Aden and injuring 5 soldiers of his escort.
