On 7 October 2023, in Myaung township (Myaung district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the Civilians Defense Security Organization Myaung, the People's Security Force (Myaung), the Taloke PDF, the Wild Bird Kawlin Group, the Liberation Army of Central Region, and the Value of Young Men attacked about 30 Myanmar military troops from Kyauk Yit police station with six bombs attached to three drones at around 8:30 pm. The drone attacks were conducted while the military troops were returning to the police station after patrolling nearby areas. The fighting lasted for about an hour. Casualties unknown.
