Security Forces arrested a hybrid militant identified as Bilal Ahmad Shah from Manihal Village in Shopian District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), reports Daily Excelsior on October 17. The accused was captured while trying to flee, and officials informed that incriminating materials, including a pistol, 14 live rounds of ammunition, a mobile phone, and an Aadhar card, were recovered from his possession.
