The mass media reported an explosion in the city of Mykolaiv on the afternoon of 7 October. Source: Suspilne, Ukraine’s public broadcaster; Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, on Telegram Details: Prior to that, the Ukrainian Air Force reported the threat of Russia's use of ballistic missiles. The air-raid warning was issued in Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, and Odesa oblasts. The authorities have not yet reported the explosion. Updated: Kim wrote that "the explosions occurred not in Mykolaiv, and the relevant services have already arrived at the scene".
