On 20 September 2023, in Nyaung Pin Thar village of Bhamo township (Bhamo district, Kachin state), heavy artillery shells fired by the Myanmar military troops LIB-47 from 1 am to 5pm landed in the village and killed a male civilian. The shelling also injured three other civilians.
