On 19 September 2023, Azerbaijani forces shelled and destroyed a post belonging to the Artsakh forces on the Karkijahan-Khalfali road (coded to Khalfali, Shusha). Casualties unknown. As of 22 September 2023, Artsakh forces announced 200 fatalities, Azerbaijani forces announced 80 fatalities. Fatalities were not disaggregated according to locations or date. 6 out of 280 fatalities were coded to specific events. The other 274 fatalities are split across 38 events (8 fatalities coded to 8 events, 7 fatalities coded to 30 events).
