On 19 September 2023, Azerbaijani forces fired on the cars of the Russian Peacekeeping Contingent near the Hakari bridge, Kashatagh region, that were attempting to evacuate women and children from the Mets Shen village. Due to the shelling, the evacuation did not take place. The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan refuted this report. No casualties.
