Projectile event in Khartoum, Khartoum area, Sudan on Tue 26th September 2023

At dawn on Tuesday, the Rapid Support Forces continued their bombardment of the Army General Command in Khartoum for the eleventh day.

Eyewitnesses revealed to Radio Dabanga heavy bombardment from the Karari military base to many areas, and indicated that a number of shells fell in Shambat al-Arid.

Military sources said that the army seized armed vehicles belonging to the Rapid Support Forces in Jabal Awliya, south of Khartoum.

On the other hand, the Rapid Support Forces said that they evacuated children and women of army personnel from Omdurman and that they secured the exit of their families.

On Monday, the coordination of the Karari Resistance Committees revealed dead and wounded in the areas of the revolutions, Ombada and Old Omdurman as a result of random shelling, and indicated that the dead were transferred to Al-Naw Hospital in Omdurman.

For its part, the Nasser Extension Resistance Committees accused the Rapid Support of storming a house in the neighborhood, assaulting family members, and looting their phones on Monday.
