On September 6, an active cadre of National Socialist Council of Nagaland - Khaplang (NSCN-K) surrendered with one 32 mm pistol and a live round in Mokokchung District of Nagaland, reports Northeast Now. The cadre had joined the outfit in 2015 and had been involved in multiple extortion-related activities.
