On 4 September 2023, an explosive device planted by an unidentified group targeted a military vehicle (coded as IRG) on a side road linking Al Husun area and the Bin Muayli station (coded to Al Juayshiyah) (Marib). The explosion killed at least 1 Islah-affiliated IRG soldier and injured 1 other. Once source claimed 2 fatalities.
