On 4 September 2023, Turkish and JWS fighters operating under OPS targeted QSD locations near the M4 highway in Ar Raqqa province coded to Ein Issa in addition to Ein Issa city with artillery and missile shelling, causing material damage. Tribal and Clan Forces also targeted QSD along the M4 highway and in the vicinity of Ein Issa. Casualties unknown.
