On 3 September 2023, clashes between SAF and RSF continued in Karari Military area in Wadi Seidna (Karrari, Khartoum), with artillery shelling being reported. SAF accused RSF of shelling artillery targeted civilians in El Makaweir Al Jarafa. RSF claimed they killed many SAF soldiers, unspecified fatalities in a high intensity conflict zone coded as 10. 13 civilians were killed and others were wounded in two locations (Karari and Wadi Seidna). 7 unspecified fatalities split between Karari and Wadi Seidna. Fatalities coded as 13 (10+3).
