On 29 August 2023, in Dagon Myothit (East) township (Yangon-East district, Yangon region), the Kyi Myin Daing 18 attacked the Police Station on the 155th ward, Min Ye Kyaw Swar road around 9:30 pm with a remote explosive. The attack was conducted as the 'Nwe Oo Aung Lan' operation. After the explosion, the military and police tightened the security around the police station. Casualties unknown.
