On 16 August 2023, between Wan Pyayt and Ahr Lar Kat Pa villages of Myinmu township (Sagaing district, Sagaing region), joint forces of People's Defense Force - Myaung (TRG), TRG Women Drone Force, Black Eagle Drone Force, and Kyaukse District Defense Force Battalion-2 carried out drone strikes against the Myanmar military forces who were collecting money from civilians at around 11 am. Myanmar Pressphoto Agency reported that five military soldiers died in two days (15 and 16 August). Five fatalities were split into (3,2) over two days and coded 2 for this event.
