On 16 August 2023, in Hpone Kan village of Pakokku township (Pakokku district, Magway region), joint forces of the People's Defense Force - Myaing (PaKaPha) Battalion-1, TR: THU RAIN, and Black Cobra carried out drone strikes against the Myanmar military troops and Pyu Saw Htee in the village at around 12 pm. Nine bombs were dropped in the village using remote control planes/drones. One military soldier was seriously injured.
