On 12 August 2023, in Ramthlo village (Falam township, Falam district, Chin state), following an armed clash between a combined force of the CNA and the CDF - Kalay-Kabaw-Gangaw and the Myanmar military in Falam town (coded separately), the military launched airstrikes on the village located on the Falam-Hakha road at around 11 am. Seven villagers including four women and three men sustained injuries. Two houses and the Ramthlo Baptist Church were damaged.
