The army accuses the Rapid Support of indiscriminate bombing of the Karari areas.
The armed forces accused the Rapid Support Forces of indiscriminate shelling of the areas of Karari al-Balad, the village of al-Makawir al-Jarafa and Wad al-Bakhit in northern Omdurman, killing 13 civilians and wounding others.
Armed Forces spokesman, Brigadier General Nabil Abdullah, said in a press statement on Sunday that the Rapid Support Forces attacked the Al-Masid area and opened fire randomly on citizens of the area, killing three citizens and wounding others, indicating that the area was devoid of regular forces.
In the same context, Nabil said that the army clashed with the Rapid Support Forces in the Al-Lamap neighborhood in the Shajara area, which led to the killing of five Rapid Support members, the injury of (6) others, and the seizure of a number of weapons.
