North Waziristan District additional deputy commissioner (relief), Qaiser Khan Kundi, sustained injuries in a terrorist attack in Razmak area of the District on August 5, reports Dawn. Kundi’s security squad and his son remained unhurt in the firing. According to a statement issued by the association of the Provincial Management Service, “the government is required to provide fool proof security to the officers, who are serving in the field, especially in a volatile region of erstwhile Federally Administered Tribal Area”.
