On August 4, one active cadre of Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland-Reformation (NSCN-R), identified as ‘Sergeant Major’ Tehon Kangkong, surrendered before 11th Assam Rifles at Miao in Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh, reports The Arunachal Times. The surrendered cadre also handed over a .32 mm pistol with magazine and 05 rounds of live ammunitions.
