On 29 July 2023, in Shwebo town of Shwebo township (Shwebo district, Sagaing region), joint forces of the Nei See Ma Char Shwebo Thar Aphwe: Shwebo Fighters without Borders Group, Shwebo Tha Khin Gyi: Shwebo Master, Shwebo DHUPLA, Shwebo Vigor Urban Guerrilla, and Naung Yoe Army carried out cluster mines attack against military troops patrolling with two vehicles at around 5:20 pm. Two military soldiers died and many others were injured.
