On 29 July 2023, in Loi Kone village of Nam Hpat Kar village tract (coded as Nam Hpat Kar (Ho Pong + Pang Sa Lorp)) (Kutkai township, Muse district, Shan-North state), the military (LIB-123) fired artillery rounds starting from noon and some of the rounds landed on a house, village streets and some fields. A 60-year-old woman was killed, and two other women sustained injuries.
