On 30 July 2023, in Hlaingtharya township (Hlaingtharya-East, Yangon-North district, Yangon region), the KMD-18 (Werewolf Unit) carried out a hand-grenade attack against Pyu Saw Htee members at No.20 ward administration office located on Anawyatha Road at around 6 pm. The attack was carried out as part of 'Nway Oo Aung Lan '' operation. Casualties unknown.
