On 30 July 2023, near Tin Li Kyay Ywar Thit village (Laihka township, Loilen district, Shan-South state), an unidentified armed group attacked a military and the Man Pan People's Militia Force joint convoy near the village entrance with mines at around 4 pm. A People's Militia higher official and two military soldiers were killed.
