A director of the Public Service Commission (PSC), Irshad Khan, was shot dead in a firing incident at Ranpur on Ring Road area of Peshawar, the provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on July 24, reports The Express Tribune. Irshad Khan who was the director of the examination department was en route from Charsadda to Peshawar for duty when he was targeted near Ranpur, said Police, adding that his driver was with him.
