On July 27, one village volunteer (civilian), identified as Lunminthang (38), was killed and three others, identified as Lalboi Touthang (33), Jangkholen Haolop (26) and Thangjahao (30), were injured during a gunfight between armed militants and Kuki-Zo Village volunteers in Kangvai in Churachandpur District of Manipur, reports East Mojo.
