Russia has once again fired missiles at people and their homes.

A part of a residential building and an educational institution were destroyed.

As of 10:15 a.m., one person was killed and 10 residents sought medical assistance. All relevant services are working at the scene. There may be people under the rubble.

The terrorist country is killing and injuring Ukrainians day and night, using missile terror. It destroys homes and lives.
