On 19 July 2023, Russian forces launched Shahed-136 drone strikes and shelled Kherson, Kherson region. While some of the drones were shot down, the debris caused damaged, and at least one drone hit the target, causing a fire. A cultural facility that was used as a humanitarian warehouse was also destroyed. 1 civilian was injured.
